As soon as it displays the splash image, The window pops up, completely white, And immediatly says "Java has stopped responding"

try clearing the java cache, if that doesn't work, uninstall java and reinstall

If you're using Pacho's JNLP version, it won't work.

Graphic card drivers. Try newer/older ones.

Just curious, do you have a GT graphic card by chance?

same problem. win7x32 / nvidia geforce 105m. there are last nvidia drivers installed, ive googled for that problem, there is a solution to switch Dsun.java2d.d3d off in environment variables, but this solution is for winxp and i cant find that variable in win7. can anyone help?

OKAY I fixed it, Basically i just searched for nvoglv32.dll, And renamed it, Im sure this fucked up something else but atleast i can play now!

However, the game is UBER laggy, like REALLY laggy.

According to FRAPs, my FPS rate is 1-5
