Quality 0 Beehive

I have a beehive that produces quality 0 honey and beeswax with no quality. Rollover text just says Beeswax. The hive also seems to be lowering the quality of surrounding crops.
Also I think the pollination of crops might be bugged, growth times still seem to be 24 hours.

It might have something to do with the quality of the materials you used to make the hive.

Or maybe farming/carpentry had something to do with building it.

Well this particular beehive had 25+ straw from what I can recall, and 10+ carpentry and farming if they are involved.

It was however left unbuilt for a long time, maybe the materials qualities degrade in unbuilt structures? Or a crash might have messed with the qualities somehow?

Do these broken hives continue to yield q0 stuff, or do they improve again, given time?

If it degrades to below 0Ql does it become 1000QL?

The hive mentioned earlier is still producing q0 honey and beeswax with no quality. A second beehive is now producing q0 honey, no beeswax from it though.

All of my hives tend to degrade from the initial 10q down to 4-7q and then sit there. I have 11 hives covering a crop area of 320 sqm+. The crops are mainly 35-50q with a couple newer crops at 20q.

I just found a beehive like that on my claim. It's likely that everything that went into it was at least quality 10, and quite likely rather more. (I think I already had q 40 straw, for example.)

I used 60-70ql straw to build a beehive, it took ages for it to produce any honey and when it did it was ql0
it doesn't seem to be able to produce any beeswax. it's near crops that are around 60-70 ql.
