Eh, cold weather can be a problem if you have cable. The boxes that are attached to the powerlines have parts in them that can crack if they get to cold. It sucks, because the only thing the company can do is replace them and hope they don't break again. For 2 weeks I had to go without internet, and it's sad because my mom works for the company....
