Unable to build Crossroads, along with other gov Structures

I have the tooltip to build them, can click a place to build, then I MOVE to said place, but there is no signpost and no option to transfer inventory items or build.

Just tested it, government structures are still broken.

you gathered all materials from source? did the bear teeth go into your inventory or drop on the ground?

yes, from source. bear teeth go to inventory. i`m sure because after that i can craft bear teeth talismans.
