I wouldn't think he is. There appears to have been some weird rollback bug in conjunction with my installation of the new account server, but it seems to have rolled back very selectively and weirdly. Frustratingly enough, I haven't at all managed to figure out what happened.

Oh okay cool. The way it occurred was really weird, because stuff I did on another character was untouched, and my alt put up his claim hours before any sort of crash or reboot. Seeing jorb's post made me really nervous, knowing that one of the devs just goes around deleting things without telling anyone... I don't like it. I don't think it would be as big a problem if he were to leave a message behind on a runestone or paper saying "deleted by jorb, PM me if you have questions" or something, at least so someone knows what happened.

Thanks, Lofter, that explains it. And no Jorb, I was not macroing (note the "hadn't been on H&H for 48 hours due to a broken mouse" description).

Though I am amused and glad to hear about your Jorb's views of macroing, I am inclined to think this is a different situation. For one I assume that a dev would be able to simply remove a claim, not make it ineffective. Also, if it was aimed at some alts in a specific area, why would all the nearby claims be effected? Three different claims near the good soil became ineffective, and the trees that were removed there were firs, not mulberries.

Frelock, was your claim pole left behind, showing a rectangle where your claim used to be when you click on it?

Hmmm, well, now that I think about it I'm in that area. Actually, now that I check, my claim does indeed appear to be ineffective, which means I'm going to have to re-claim. Hanuman's claim now bumps up against my old claim, meaning I can't re-claim my wall.

Well, back to "Fre's Farms" drawing board; probably will have to expand eastwards...

Or they could just return the claims to how they used to be, I mean one claim claiming over 2 other claims is ...well.. you get the idea.
