i don't think you guys understand.... i can't even use my resurrected char....or it crashes .... other chars are fine, plus i didn't die to my own stupidity i died to a bug. I simply ask if i would get my lp back as that be a nice bonus or if i would be able to get my char fixed. (i've died alot to my own stupidity this was not the case)

i dont think you understand. no lp refund even if its because of a bug or your own stupidity.
try writing a nice pm to jorb about it and see if you can add yours to his collection.

p.s.
as for crashing, delete your dead char's belt file if youre using enders. having a tab which requires a skill that you havent learned on your ressurected char often cause this.
