erm... if you pm me your mailing address I'll find a web site that delivers... pretty sure you won't get taxed on a gift of 3 x 4 gig ram sticks...

I'd much prefer you migrated the apache server though

I imagine a Nordic mailbox somewhere in the arctic wastes, bulging with bubble-wrapped ram from around the world.
Surprise.

Well, if you really want to mail me something, I'll put my snailmail address here, but do keep in mind that the server uses DDR memory (neither SDR SDRAM, DDR2 nor DDR3, that is), which is actually moderately expensive to buy these days thanks to obviously dwindling demands for it. I've got tons and tons of SDRAM [oh, and probably an equally (physically) large amount of EDO RAM :) ] lying around and it's bothering me to no end that I can't use it for this.

Normally, I'd like to fix it myself, but I cannot deny that there is a very real risk that I'll keep forgetting it (it's kinda in my nature), so if you have a stick or two of DDR just lying around and have some cheap way of mailing them, you can always send them here:

I got a fine collection of useless ram now, think Ill find something appropriate. One or two GB? xD

Update: Ive found some DDR1-SDRAM. 2 bars@1GB each. If you want to look it up, its a Kingston RMD1-400/1G. Do you want those?
