Hop on one leg and chant "Homnahomnahomnahomna" five times fast. Probably be as effective as doing things completely unrelated to the party hat--like swimming a river.

Did that too. Also did a mexican hat dance, stripped naked and ran outside of a large enemy village, and wrestled a bear with nothing but a hide cloak.

No party hat.

Alright. Found meh problem... Never made ink. Party hats ftw!!
