Game freezes because you use dodge skill. No matter how you initiated combat - picking rabbit, shoot, used some skill. In latest version I've made quick-fix for this problem.

If someone would be so kind as to update the original post:

The issue is loading male characters. The default client just crashes and wants to shut down. Ender's will at least load any female characters. EnderWiggin has posted a temp fix for his client (according to his post: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=18249&start=90#p211032), which can be downloaded here: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=14575. We are currently awaiting a more permanent solution.

(Note: haven't tried the fixed client yet, but downloading now.)

Male character problem (aka 'weird resource version number') bug have gone for now. But Dodge skill bug is still there.

i belive the current crash may be our game god's fixing this wrong in the world. hopefully.

also, all my bugs are gone now, except for right clicking animals or raiding ants, that still crashes me. though i belive that that is the dodge bug in play

obviously the only recourse is to hack the server-implement goats- and sacrifice them to the great gods of legend that are...jorb and loftar

or if thats not extreme enough to get them to fix the bugs, i suppose we could just sit tight and wait

OK, we got the game working again, you have to make sure to un-zip the update for Enders directly to the original Enders folder and click yes to all and replace the file's in question. Placing them manually will not work, you must download and then unzip direct to the client folder. Some of the guy's in my group have been having the issue of being kicked when they pick something up or walk into there house but beside's that, it's working for them (I'm working fine)
