Add another line with the word pause to the end of the run.bat and see what it says in the command window when you launch.

Started talking about this in another thread, but this one seems more comprehensive.
I have litterally just started, and was getting the same giant list of errors. I have updated java, made sure i have the right version, and now due to a suggestion in this thread I've switched over to enders client.
well I'm not getting the error anymore, but now when i log in all i get is a black screen with a cursor...

EnderWiggin wrote:All those errors looks like caused by problems with server SSL certificate. This may be because of incorrect time on your machines or server certificate is expired. And I'm thinking it is something with server. I may add option to use HTTP instead of HTTPS for resource downloading to my client, but not sure if this is right.

That's what i was thinking first too - i checked the certificate which i have in my Java trusted folder - seems not expired... i then renamed my .haven cache folder - did start Default client with Java Web Start logged in at Http as well as at https (SSL) - in both cases i got the "gold res error - validation failed :timestamp..." - my PCs date + time is correct (Bios and OS - using NTP servers) ...

Then i started your client ( latest build ) again - took some time to build up the .haven cache again (watched it in explorer) - so i suggest ppl using Ender the first time should just give it some time before doing something like opening anything or click for movement - same goes for the "grey question marks" in Inventory or storage ...

All on XP SP3 32 with JRE 6_31 ...

I think there's something wrong with the seatribe res server... :?:

I believe that's what it was the last time I saw something like this. Except then, the forums were having connection issues, too.

I think there's something wrong with the res directory at seatribe server ( that's what i wanted to say...)
