Mini map not loading

Am I the only one with this problem? The mini map loads where I spawn but it hardly loads anywhere else it just stays the cream colour. Any way to fix this? Thanks

It's a side effect of lag. If server doesn't deliver map data in certain time frame, client stops requesting it. If you restart the client, it will request map data again.
