Cannt run the game

Hi
for some reason I am unable to run the game since yesterday. when I log in (on the webpage) or click on Play icon in header, it does download/run autohaven file, but thats all what happends. No error, no message. In the running processes everytime I try to log in one more javaws.exe appears (previous one are not closed), but game doesnt start.
Tried it under IE and Firefox, both with same result.
Any suggestion what I should do pls?

edit: even deleting cache manually had no effect

ok, even reinstalling java didnt help, but it seems i finally figured it out.
it seems there was some autoupdate in zone alarm firewall, which now without asking blocks internet access of some programs (including java)

Dont use firewalls. Windows are one big black-hole, no firewall will help you cuz leaks in windoze are the mostly used way to hack (and slash) your comp. Well the most used though is users stupidity and wankers surfing behaviour, but that is a different story.

Anyway, the only reason firewalls exist is to piss the normal users off
