login problems

Hi
today i want to start playing Haven and Hearth. I could start haven and hearth, create a caracter. then i want to go to a hearthfire. Then the screen gets black for a second and i'm in the login screen.now when i tried again the black screen stayed black or i come to the login screen. even when i use pacho's client.
I use Windows 7 Home Premium.

I'm sorry for bad my english and thank you for helping me.

first, update your video drivers from the manufacturer's website and try again. the drivers that come default for windows 7 are not very compatible with this game.

i have installed the new driver but it didn't work.
the screen i get is also described in the thread "Can't get Haven and Hearth to work... >_>"
