Hey, I tried launching the game after downloading it, and all I get is an error message saying "'Failed to validate certificate. The application will not be executed"

Never mind, my time settings in Windows were way off.

I get this thing too. Also, whenever I click on the play button it downloads again.

If it is, as you say, the exact same problem, then it is true also for you that your system time settings are, in all likelyhood, off.

Ive got the same problem, ill try some trouble shooting to fine a fix but if anyone has any ideas please post em up.

OK, got it

in control panel > Java go to 'Advanced' expand the Security tab and make sure 'Allow user to Grant permissions to content from an untrusted authority' is ticked and 'Enable list of trusted publishers' and 'Enable online certificate validation' are both not ticked.

this stopped all the things from stopping it lunching.
