Missing Arrows

Postby niltrias » Thu Jul 30, 2009 7:38 am

Odd...my quiver shows as empty, but i can fire arrows. When I fire arrows, the quivers arrow count goes negative. When I pick up arrows, it counts back up to 0.
Also, all of my stored full quivers show up as empty.
Im guessing this is a bug?

Full quivers showing up empty is a known bug, if memory serves. The empty-infinite quiver thing, however, is a new one for me.

I dont mean the graphic of the quiver, I mean that on mouse-over it says "no arrows" but I can use it to shoot with. Also, I dont recall seeing negative arrows before.

Huh, that is curious. All of my quivers are showing up similarly. I know some of them are actually empty. If I wasn't about to go to bed, I'd test to see if they go into the negatives too or if it's some strange display bug.

That's a little bug that slipped in with one of the cleanups I made. I don't think you actually get infinite quivers, but rather that they just display incorrectly; you may also be able to actually store too many arrows in it. I've fixed the bug and all, so it should appear fixed by the next time the server is restarted.

Nope, they weren`t infinite, just went down to -39. Kind of confusing tho. Thanks!
