Treepassing bug

I found out that if people allow you to tresspass them, then you can lift they'er stuff. You can't teleport to hearth fire or walk outside the claim, but you can place it so a part of it is outside the claim, then you just walk outside claim and pick it up. Some containers like straw basket is not that easy, if you take them and place as near the unclaimed area as possible, then go outside claim and lift it, then you can't move other directions than into the claim again, but if you log off and in again, then you can take it. I have checked about i was allowed to steal and i wasn't. It worked with criminal scents turned on and off and i don't have any criminal skills.

You used to be able to do this with boats also.

Well the bad thing is, if this work same way if you have treepassing. People can steal from you, without paying the last 30k Learning points.
