My friend wants to play but his game runs really skippy

Hello, my friend and I really want to play together but his game is very skippy/laggy, less then 1fps I think lol

He's on windows 7 athlon tm dual core processor 4050e 2.10ghz

Does this game run okay with windows 7? Is this a Java problem? If anyone has any ideas please let us know

System should be fast enough.
No info on GPU though, in case it has some onboard video you will have found the culprit.

Nevertheless: Try to upgrade video drivers.
Or add more RAM in case you have less then 2GB.
