situation - i have base with walls and gate. gate is closed.
i have key in my backpack.
guy killed me, and i jumped to my friend's hearthfire outside the base. after some time my body transforms into skelet, and key is dropped. i lost this moment.
my second friend, joining game and looking for key, but it is too late, key is disappered.
what can i do? i guess key must be in base, its not just a object, like block of wood or smtng.

There's a good chance that the guy stole your keys off of your body. You'll probably want to break down their gate and rebuild a new one since the murderer can access your home through your gate now.

i dont think it is possible, gate was closed and walls are not damaged. key just disapperd.
