So, I stacked 2/4 into 1 raft. Now I have 2 rafts left. One holds the other 2. I pick up the one that holds 2 and put it on the last on. It erases the 2 and it counts as 1 WHEN it should count as 3.

Always count what raft is holding which. 
Although it's a bug and should be fixed, just thought you should know that. I always keep 3 in one and one in the other, put the 3Raft in first slot 1Raft in second slot.

Nasty bug. Would be nice if partially assembled rafts could not be picked up but had to be taken apart first. One should also note that you can't take it apart before you've assembled all four parts.
