Haven and Hearth closes automatically

When I load the game up from the website and then log in, the screen that comes up that shows all the characters you have. That screen stays for about a second then the game closes.

I have attached the error report I get when the game crashes

reinstalled java and still have the same problem, I don't know what it is, it never used to do this

This is the same for Gilbertus custom client (The newest version) if this helps I get this error

Wait, did you change your operating system recently? If so, you might just be CHILLI. If you're not him, I'm fairly certain he upgraded to W7 from Vista and is now unable to play.

I use Vista and it works perfectly.

No my laptop came with Windows Vista, I have never changed my OS. I'm buying a new computer soon, so I haven't wanted to update

Edit:

Never mind I fixed it, I completely restored my computer back to factory settings and re installed java and now it works like a charm, I recommend this as a last resort. Good job my computer needed restoring anyway.
