Already login in. Disconnects every 5 min!

Please help with problem! I have disconnects every 5 minutes.It writes "Already login in" after the dissconnect. I used 3 computers with different OS(Linux,Mac OS,Win 7), but problem remains. I used the standard client, Gilbertus and Pacho. Provider says that everything is working properly. But nothing helps.

Looking at the logs, I can only see you timing out, which means that, for one reason or another, packets aren't being properly forwarded between you and the server, and since there are people not timing out, I cannot imagine the problem being in Hetzner's net, at least. Either some net between you and the server is overloaded and dropping packets, or your own connection is. One possible cause might be that you have a torrent or something running, consuming a lot of bandwidth and outcompeting the game traffic.

(I really should make the client heartbeats more reliable, though.)

Actually I've been having this same problem as well.

Maybe not every 5 minutes, but occasionally I will start to receive some lag when everyone else is still playing fine, and then I will disconnect. I usually have to wait a few minutes before I can re-connect again while everything else running through my internet connection remains fine.

I'm running Vista.

same problem as Kaios, i'm assuming its because of the high player count, could be wrong though

Yeah, I keep randomly timing out, and whenever it happens, i cannot access the Haven and Hearth website or game, for approximately a minute and a half. After which everything is fine, and I can reconnect to both. I'm still on IRC and voice comms the entire time, so something is going weird

Same issue. This problem started for me after the world 4 update.

I have played for 1 or 2 hours without issue. I have also been disconnected several times repeatedly. I am not running any other services and my internet is fine.
I cannot access the website or game login for a few minutes.

Client: ark.su and default, same issue
Location: Taiwan
OS: Windows 7 32x

Same problem here, only it's more like every two minutes or so.

The problem has mutated, I can see other people boat on past me, and they talk normally, but I cannot move or talk, and then I get disconnected, and same issue happens. Its weird. Happened twice in the last like 25 minutes.
