The worst monsters in the Hearthlands warp the fabric of space and time..

I keep Crashing

Postby Agarrett » Tue Jan 18, 2011 1:34 am

Literally every 5 minutes or so, the game just randomly exits out without any warning whatsoever. I use Gilbertus' Client, and when I crash, I get this:

I try to get back in after that, but then it just starts to crash as soon as I get to the log in screen, before after like 3 times, I get the BSoD, and my entire computer crashes. This has happened around 10 times now, and its really annoying. I tried using the normal client, but it crashes too. My game was working completely fine yesterday, and I have no idea what the problem is.

Someone please help me!

Have you tried deleting the haven.conf or *username*.belt file?

Haven.conf is usually corrupted for me, and same with the belt file.
The .conf stops the game from proceeding further than login afaik.

All I can find is threaded optimization in the control panel. When I turned that off, it still crashed.

Where is Multi-threaded Optimization?

I rolled back java, and turned off the threaded optimization in the global 3d settings, and I STILL crash.

Anymore solutions? I really am getting frustrated with all the crashes.
