I just harvested some flax and found that one of my fibres has no quality to it along with most of my flax seeds being quality 1 when I have a farming skill of 20 and Q 37 soil.
Is this intended or some weird bug?
Just got another Q 0 fiber, the fail count for me is at 2!

Quality is an integer which is rounded down I believe.
