Can`t move

I logged out last night while being inside the town`s claim (not idol).
When i logged back in this noon along with my friend, our allowance has been removed.
Thus, when we logged back in (through heartfire, since the regular didn`t work), we couldn`t move.
How can we get out now, without losing our character)

Activate Criminal Acts via the Adventure tab. Don't forget to deactivate them again after you left the claim. And build a new fire somewhere else.
