Cabin bugged

It seems you guys are aware of the "critical, albiet fairly rare and specific" bugs involved with cabins and such, but I was hoping that in posting this I might be able to get a little more attention. My cabin, which I only got to enter once before a crash rendered it bugged, has been locked for going on 5 days now. It wouldn't be so bad except that all my baskets are starting to decay and as I'm learning the game I'm gaining more and more of value.

I know you're busy, but whenever you can get to it, if you can do anything, I would be most appreciative for your help.

I did PM them, but I wasn't told (when I was told to PM them on the day it happened) that I should include a map. Then again I haven't received a response of any kind either. I guess I'll send them some kind of approximate map.
