Hardened leather bug

If you create hardened leather and have hardened leather in your inventory the hardened leather will be used to create the new hardened leather. So you effectively use 4 hardened leather to create 1....

THIS IS A WELL KNOWN BUG. USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION.

Maybe there should be a bug compilation if there are bugs so well known so that new players wont fall for these bugs.

That is a very good idea, yes. But if you're too lazy to do a quick search of the forums or perhaps check the wiki then what says you'll bother to check the bug tracker?

Na i read the wiki all time while crafting or when seeing an new thing. But the game is really complex so you cant have the complete wiki in mind after 4 days of playing. Regarding to check the search function that was my mistake, yes and im sorry. But if you are waiting a few days for your armor and lose the leather for it you tend to be angry. And when angry i seem to act before thinking/using search.
I spend a lot of time reading the forums so i would definitivly have stumbled upon the bug compilation and since im a newbie i would have read it if it was sticky.
