My friend can't run game. Problem with autohaven.jnlp?

Hi everyone. At the beginning i want to say my english is not good but i hope you will understand me. My friend have a problem, he can't run game. [Before he could and there were no problems] When he tries to do it, error pops out and it says : C: / DOCUME~1/user/USTAWI~/temp/autohaven-3.jnlp [I think its a localization of autohaven.jnlp but i dont know what does it mean] and nothing more, just this path to autohaven.jnlp..

Additional informations :

He is using Mozilla Firefox but he also tried IE.
He have the newest version of Java.
He is playing on Windows XP.

delete all instances of autohaven.jnlp, clear java cache, try again.

By instances do you mean files? If yes, how can i get to them [coz temp folder is hidden] and how can i clean java caches? Sorry but im not good in PC technical things
@Edit i know how to clear java cache now, but dont know how to delete h&h files [where to find them etc.]. And im waiting for my friend then i will tell him to clear java cache and delete autohaven.jnlp instances [if i would know how to ]

well it depends on your operating system, browser, etc... maybe search your system for "autohaven"

My friend's system is Windows XP, he uses Mozilla to play HnH and when i tried to find autohaven on my computer i didn't find it. [Im playing HnH then i think i have it somewhere too]

well in my version of firefox i can just open the download window and right click the autohaven.jnlp from the list and select open containing folder. /shrug
