Small graphical bug re: carts and straw baskets

There were some badly decayed straw baskets outside of Bottleneck (deep orange in color), and when I loaded them into and then unloaded them from a cart they appeared to be in perfect shape (the light yellow color they start as). I repaired them and after one repair tick the baskets briefly turned into the color they were before the loading and then immediately into the color they would be after being repaired once.
