You also must fast-click under your hearthling foots at running speed, so you will unstuck.
2nd - You may steal pick-upable objects using tresspasing only.
So, you need - turn on ur criminal acts ( yea, tresspasing skill is must be learned too, obviously). Pick up anything ( chest, else). Then, move and put the object on the Claim corner. Come around, take the object from disclaimed side, then move again until you will be stopped by the claim. Log out - object dropped outside the claim. Be happy.
