Game freezes on log in(resolved, but died because of)

Ever since I got home from my friend's house(at which I played HnH for days on end), my game freezes whenever I log in from my computer. This happened to me in World 4 also, but the game started working when World 5 went up. I've tried reinstalling Java and deleting the .haven folder, but to no avail. I use Ender's client but I've also tried playing it from the website.

Last time it only did it on one character, but now it does it on all. My friend says I'm logged in in the camp, so I assume it's a graphics problem. Is there anything else I should try doing to make it work? Thanks.

Alright, so I fixed it. I let the game load for 10 minutes while doing other things.

However, when the game finished loading, I was shown the Character Selection screen with my main missing(I logged in on him).

This, obviously, really fucking sucks. I guess there really isn't any way to get my character "back" other than inheritance, is there?
