Minor Bug: Barbarism/Civilation and Attention Limit

Nothing too gamebreaking, unless you're a person who's easily confused. Buffs and Debuffs to intellect (such as the ones from leaning towards Barbarism or Civilization) will affect your attention limit, but the text on the study tab of your character sheet will not update. For example, my buffed intellect is 21, and my Used Attention is 21 to match, but the Attention Limit is incorrectly displayed as 20.
