bug on streets around properties

Hi, mm
i would like speak with hammerford, i was walikng pulling my carret when suddenly it wouldn moove anywhere, right click on it and it say "this land is owned by hammerford" when its not its just the area around.
so i want my carret back with my 2 hrs fishing on.. pls
