Disappeared chantarelles

when i look inside my palisade i saw those chantarelles,

and when i go outside to pick them up, they disappear, but when i came back to look inside of my palisade those chantarelles are there, but for some reason i dont see them when i was outside of palisade?

Like all forageable items, they're re-rolled against your PERxXPL every time they're loaded/unloaded from view.

Funny that i see them only inside in my palisade, and i re-rolled them about 10 times.

It's also possible they despawned entirely. Without more exp*per you'll never know for sure~!

I've had this issue before as well. I knew what it was, though. After about 10 minutes of trying to get the chantrelles I eventually walked up to my palisade wall and went "Fuck you, Chantrelles." and went about my business.

Same happens with animals too, the moment they wander out of your visible range (while you're not in combat, then it's a bit different) they often vanish.
I think it could make sense to give them some limited life, at least a minute or so.
