Can't play my dood

So i went onto the game to check out the map reset, and my character isnt on the character select screen. I checked my account page and it wasn't there. However the url http://www.havenandhearth.com/portal/char/Joe/Joe still leads the my character with all the correct info.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this? I'd rather not start from scratch.
