Even with 100% full stamina and 45% "full" status, "Sprint" speed is disabled. Intentional?

they said somewhere that you wouldn't be able to sprint on forest tiles and that stone roads will have much less stamina drain for running

yea, you can sprint fine on some non-forest tiles.
