Battering Ram

A mate and I was breaking down a palisade, when a strange thing happened. Now, We know it breaks the tile its pushed against and I think its supposed to do damage to tiles connecting to it the placement as well. Here is the bug, when we destroyed one section at a 90 degree angle, it didn't just destroy one tile, not two, it took down 7 tiles, that was not even connected to the original tile. Sure, we wanted that section gone, but it was a LOL moment when we saw two corner posts dissapear in as little as 4 seconds with just two guys on a ram.

When we destroyed the wallsection marked in red, everything to the right of the red line was destroyed in like 3 seconds.

We then repaired what we didn't want destroyed as why there is a wall where the black line is. Weeee!

Working as intended? It takes almost 5 mins to break one block, so how does destroying almost 10 at once seem right?

That is how it works,

If that bothers you, imagine you the wall just fell over and didn't disappear, then it makes perfect sense

It makes sense. Once one section is gone, the structural integrity of the entire wall is compromised. That's how walls work.

I suppose, But a corner post is suppose to be a sort of "Key" block right? It tore through three of them in just seconds. I suppose your right, and im not complaining that this happened. Just seemed odd. Cool, but odd.

Right, but that only tells me that it does splash damage. Walls that are 7-8 tiles away should not suddenly dissapear while pecking on a wall on the other side of the road >.>

The tiles nearby were obviously damaged from not being claimed for a few days and taking several decay hits. Look at those red sections of wall.

With a 100% repaired waill, you only lose 1-3 sections of wall.

With a badly damaged wall due to decay, you could have a rather messy chain reaction on your hands.
