I think, in fact, this cave is nonexistant.

I have had the same problem at a cave off the main grid.
You can't move or anything. I turned to sprint and randomly clicked around, and nothing happened to my stamina or anything.

Oooh... It seems I've made quite a mistake indeed. Now I'll just have to figure out how to repair it...
