No Sound Or Music?

Hello, first time playing this game and i am haveing a hard time getting any sound or music too play, I started the game and when i got into game i click options then the audio tab, Sound is 100% up And it whont let me check the "music" butten for some odd reasion, Is there even sound in this game?

Ahh yeah, i tried to figure that out but not sure how to use the console commands, always had trouble with that type of stuff, I downloaded the audio lib file and placed it where he said but, no idea what to do after

Well i finnaly got it too work , I just downloaded a custom client and game is working flawlessly so far. Kinda weird that the official download has so many bugs.
