How long till devs respond to reoirts of bugged chars

My alt has been unable to claim land since she lost her new claim to a crash. It's been two, maybe three days since I reported this by forum-email (what the forum calls "private message") to Jorb and Loftar, specifying the character name etc. I haven't got a response, and she still cannot place a claim pole. Will I have to train a new alt up to yeomanry, and accumulate enough LP for a decent sized claim, so my existing highly playable (has essentially all skills etc.) alt can have land of her own? (I know you don't do compensation for crashes, but this is ridiculous!)

I couldn't find all the reports, so I kept putting it off until I had automatically found them, but oh well. Your character should be fixed now.

Who else is having plot problems? Again, I cannot seem to find the report threads.

My character's ability to claim is also bugged, as is "Laura Mill"

I've been away for a few days, but now I think I've fixed all those reported above. Please check back if that is not the case.
