Belief Slider not moving

A movement is available and when I try to move towards barbarism it does not move.

Anyone else having this problem?

I have Full change, nature, and peaceful

UPDATE: it seems to have happened after the last small bug fix and my friend is having the same problem, but we think it may just appear as if we have a belief point because he said he remembered his was stil 16 hours away

I'm pretty sure I had a belief available, but I can't move my slider either.
