Mysterious Moor Foragables

On three occasions now, I've happened across an odd plant in the moorlands. I try to pick it like other foragables, but instead of appearing in my inventory, it disappears. Does anyone know what's up with this?

It's feldspar. At full nature you have a 50% chance of getting one, while at full industry, you always get two when you pick one. Nothing unusual here.
