I know i was able to craft it the day before, but now that i have clay and an herbalist table, it's gone.

Discover some tobacco, either dried or ground, I forget which. So if you didn't have a herbalist's table before, how did you get tobacco before?

i didn't, but i could've sworn i saw it in my crafting recipes :S
oh well, i'll have some soon enough
