Can't login, the error

I get this on login screen. What's wrong?

My understanding:

Resources (sound, music, etc.) are loaded from the web server. Sometimes there are problems loading those resources for various reasons (web server crash, wrong files being loaded, etc.) Failure to load a graphic resource causes at a minimum a dump to the login, and is usually a crash to the desktop. The usual method to fix this is to make sure your client is the most recent version. Do this by clearing HnH from Java's cache. (I forget the procedure on this and can vary by OS. If you aren't sure how, someone might be helpful and give you directions. Please provide OS and version number as well as Java version and what client you're using.) If the issue is on the webserver end, there isn't much you can do but wait until the problem is fixed on that end. (There are other solutions, but may not be an option if you aren't technically adept.)
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

I get the same error and I just downloaded both Java re7 and Haven and Hearth so it's not a client problem, and all my friends are able to play the game so I don't think the issue is on the webserver end. My OS is Windows 7 (x86). I will be glad to provide any additional information and help would be much appreciated
