One Claim is Too Many

So last night, just before the server went down again, I declaimed the Stake Claim around my house. The server goes down while I am walking to Brodgar to set up my new one. I go to bed. Now, I'm back online and it says I can't have more than one plot! Can someone help? :cry:

It's possible that your claim reappeared after a rollback, go check if your old claim is still there.

I'm at my house and it is not. It should be noted, I think, that there is now a new resident of the house (amazingly fast, but there you are) who placed his stake claim exactly where my old one was.

It must be the usual claim bug then.
Get a Dev to fix it.
