dunno if every one, but i can use travel as many times i want, no matter is the weariness is full. i guess its a bug.

Only when traveling to your hearthfire and it's not a bug.

It also works for traveling back to your village if you have no hearth fire.

What's a charter stone?

(A: an old Authority object players could spawn at after character creation. They were removed from the game entirely due to an in-game bug abuse. It's a rhetorical question for anyone that played this game before w6 started, but might need explanation for the new players.)

Doh! Forgot they were removed. I was even the one who noted they're got removed on the wiki.
