Hey,

Background: I'm totally new and havent even seen H&H gameplay =D except about 5 secs of trailer gameplay. I just came from a MineCraft forum <3

I've had this problem, sorry it's the whole java error, but I dunno what to do:

I've tried updating and re-installing Java but I dont know what else to do.

Theres a possibility its due to my internet provider :( though I really hope not

a few things could be wrong,, if today was the first time you tried to play, then its bad luck, server has crashed twice, and you could just be getting h&h server errors, and not a problem your end,, i would wait until server comes back up, and try again.

If the problem persists, then we need a little more info Iblys,

i guess you are running windows 7,, as i don't recognise your windows bar. If so, what version of java is it, does it match your windows? as in x32 or x64 (the truth is windows 7 hates java)?

are you running the default client (autohaven) by pressing play at the top of the home page? or using a front end like enders client?

The only solution that I've seen so far is to get one of the third party clients. It's an encryption issue trying to set up a secure socket, and I'm not sure anyone has traced it down yet. (If they have, then nobody has fixed the client yet.) It's been popping up fairly frequently for some users the last couple of months.

Here's a link to the most popular client used: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=14575
Information on how to get is in the first post. Make sure to follow the directions for updating it after downloading. If you're having issues making it run, here's a good chart on what the problem likely is: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=12278

GL, have fun, and make sure to always use protection!
