oh dang criminal acts didnt work T_T my screen is partially black and it say "loading..." in the screen cant really seem to do something...

Same thing happened to me. But... Using Criminal Acts allowed me to move around. But sadly, he also build an impenetrable wall around his claim, and I can't escape.
