Can nor connect to server

Hey guys.
I was playing only a couple minutes ago and I have played many of times before.
But now when I try to log in it says
"cannot connect to the server"
I have a perfect internet connection and nothing has blocked me from playing before.

Any idea's as to what it is?
Or is the server just down?
