Broken Claims

It seems that every claim I've run into so far while exploring, doesn't show up when the Show Claim button is clicked, and I don't need criminal acts on to walk near this.
This is probably VERY exploitable. Cape pl0x?
EDIT: Partial Screenshot attached. I technically have the Claim button turned on, and criminal acts is turned off. I've walked pasted a total of 3 broken claims now.
EDIT2: It's only some claims, because I've found another broken one, and two that are working.....also, I doubt I'm on all of these peoples kin lists, because that wouldn't explain the claim not showing up.
