Can't connect, server is ON

Can't connect, server is ON

Using Ender's, the run.bat is exactly like it should be (worked earlier today).
Now I get a 'connection timed out' or simply 'could not connect to server'. I tried shutting down my firewall and clearing the java files.
Browser client also doesn't work.
Any ideas?

Oh I solved it, had UTorrent open. lol

Shouldn't make a difference unless you are feeding all your bandwidth to it (or your computer can't handle the multi-tasking). uTorrent is very well behaved.
